class=\"container\"><h3>Le programme du r\u00e9seau de CPL<\/h3>\n<p>Ce programme vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau de CPL de partout au Canada qui seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>promouvoir l\u2019adoption de lignes directrices bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es probantes;<\/li>\n<li>s\u2019attaquer aux obstacles \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de ces lignes directrices par des activit\u00e9s d\u2019application des connaissances (AC), notamment en participant \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation et en soutenant la diffusion et l\u2019utilisation des outils et des ressources en AC du Groupe d\u2019\u00e9tude canadien;<\/li>\n<li>diriger des discussions interactives et \u00e9valuer les besoins locaux des PSP en mati\u00e8re de formation et de ressources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les CPL doivent consacrer au moins une heure par mois \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de diffusion.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class='fullwidth-section  ' programme de formation complet et d\u2019un soutien scientifique continu tout au long du programme et apr\u00e8s. Ce programme comprend les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Six webinaires mensuels d\u2019une heure au cours des six premiers mois, suivis de cinq webinaires d\u2019une heure au cours des neuf mois restants.
