Annual Evaluation

Annual Evaluation:

Evaluating the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care’s activities is a key objective of the Task Force. The annual evaluation measures the impact and uptake of the Task Force’s clinical practice guidelines, knowledge translation (KT) tools, and KT resources from January to December of each year. Each evaluation focuses on the guidelines and associated KT tools released that year, as well as those that recommended a substantial change in clinical practice for primary care practitioners from previous years.

The results of the annual evaluation provide feedback on the Task Force’s activities, highlight the strengths of the Task Force’s efforts, and identify areas in which the Task Force can improve guideline KT activities and uptake.

We invite practitioners to take part in the evaluation by either completing an online survey (for a chance to enter an iPad draw) or participating in a one-hour telephone interview. For more information on how to get involved, please email KTteam@canadiantaskforce.ca. Surveys and interviews are conducted in January and February of each year. Participants will be paid for their time.
