Annual evaluation survey for clinicians

Annual evaluation survey for clinicians

The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (CTFPHC) is recruiting primary care practitioners to participate in a 30-minute online survey for our annual evaluation. Our evaluation of the CTFPHC’s activities in 2016 will assess the reach and uptake of clinical practice guidelines in primary care settings.

To be eligible for this study you must:

  • Be a practicing primary care practitioner or primary care resident in Canada

During the survey you will be asked about your knowledge and perceptions of the CTFPHC; use of the CTFPHC’s clinical practice guidelines, tools, and resources; and barriers/facilitators for clinical practice guideline implementation in your clinic. Your feedback is essential in helping us ensure that the CTFPHC is addressing the needs of primary care practitioners.
