The Task Force invites you to participate in our 2022 annual evaluation! Our evaluation seeks to measure the impact and uptake of our guidelines and tools and identify new opportunities for the Task Force. We would love to get your input! You can participate in the evaluation by:
- Completing an online survey for a chance to win an iPad; or
- Completing an online survey and participating in a telephone interview for $100 compensation
